Get off at Kurohime Station on the Kita Shinano Line on the Shinano Railway. Take the bus bound for Lake Nojiri (15 min.) and get off at Lake Nojiri bus stop. Walk 3-minutes.
From Tokyo: Get off the Hokuriku Shinkansen at Nagano Station transfer to Kita Shinano Line (135 min.)
From Kanazawa: Get off the Hokuriku Shinkansen at Nagano Station. Transfer to Kita Shinano Line (2 hours).
From Nagoya: Get off the limited express "Shinano" on the Chuo Main Line at Nagano Station. Transfer to the Kita Shinano Line (3.5 hours)
From Kyoto and Osaka: Tokaido Shinkansen to Nagoya and transfer to the Chuo Main Line.
Get off Hokuriku Shinkansen at Iiyama Station. Take an express bus on the Kurohime Line (1 hour) and get off at Lake Nojiri bus stop. 3-minute walk.

- Children 10 years old and above can participate in this activity.
Additional Notes
- Fees of accommodations, meals, and personal expenses are not included.
- If the guide finds the weather or the participants's condition to be unsuitable to join the tour, the tour may be cancelled on site. In the case of sudden cancellations by the guide, you will be refunded.
- Please note that photos or videos taken during your tour may be used for the site or pamphlet.
- All programs are part of an insurance. Please understand that if any accidents occur, the insurance will cover the basic injuries. Anything not covered by the insurance will be at your own expense.
- This tour will be held only in Japanese.
Dressing & Items to Bring
- Swimwear / Bath towel / change of clothes / drink
- Thin-sole shoes which you do not mind getting wet (ex: sneakers / aqua shoes / marine boots.) Crocs and sandals are not allowed. Shoes must be able to stabilize the ankle.
- Glasses strap. Keep your glasses from falling into the water. Contact lenses are not particularly recommended as well. You may purchase straps for JPY 300 - 600 at the school.
- For summer: T-shirts and shorts that quickly dry / sunscreen
- Spring and Fall: Quick-drying long sleeved shirts inside, fleece or warm jackets you do not mind getting wet. Long pants, such as leggings that are fast drying. Nylon jackets, rain jackets or windbreakers are recommended.
- Wetsuit: Long John type, no sleeve/long pants). You may rent a set at the location for JPY 500.
